First-article inspection
Every new job and revision is measured against your drawing and released with a full FAI report before a batch runs.

CMM & gauge metrology
Coordinate-measuring and gauge checks verify critical dimensions; measurement itself is kept honest with periodic gauge R&R.

Welding control
Coded welders work to a WPS, with PQR and visual/NDT records kept for structural and pressure work that requires them.

Traceability
Material lots, mill certs, machine and operator are recorded, so any part can be traced back and a certificate of conformance issued per batch.
