Food-grade stainless kitchen line for a QSR chain
A full 304 stainless commissary line — benches, exhaust hoods, shelving and a pass counter — re-fabricated to hygienic-design standard after another shop fell short.

The brief
A quick-service chain opening a new central kitchen in Petaling Jaya inherited benches and hoods with rough welds, open seams and poor drainage — a hygiene audit risk two weeks before launch. They needed a fabricator who could re-make the line food-safe and hit the opening date.
What we built
We re-fabricated the line in 304 stainless with continuous TIG-welded, ground and passivated seams, coved corners for wash-down and sloped drainage. Twelve benches, four exhaust hoods and a service pass were built, delivered and installed inside eleven working days — ahead of the opening.
