Welded process skid for a chemical dosing plant
A stainless pipe-spool and pump skid welded by coded welders under a full WPS/PQR régime, with NDT records and material traceability for a process plant in Gebeng.
The brief
A process contractor needed a self-contained dosing skid — pumps, pipe spools, valves and a bunded baseframe — fabricated to a pressure-integrity standard, with documentation their client's inspector would sign off without a second visit.
What we built
We built the skid in 316L stainless: coded welders working to qualified WPS, dye-penetrant and radiographic NDT on the pressure joints, pickling and passivation, and a bunded baseframe. Every joint was logged with a weld map, PQR and mill certs collated into a handover dossier.
