Powder-coated electrical enclosures at repeat volume
A family of IP-rated sheet-steel enclosures — cut, formed, welded and powder-coated — supplied on a rolling monthly call-off to an electronics OEM in Shah Alam.
The brief
An E&E manufacturer was juggling four vendors for its control and distribution enclosures — laser cutting here, bending there, painting somewhere else — and losing weeks to hand-offs and mismatched finishes across a range of six cabinet sizes.
What we built
We took the whole programme in-house: nested laser cutting, CNC bending, seam welding, PEM hardware, and a colour-matched powder-coat, delivered on a scheduled monthly call-off. One routing card per part, one certificate of conformance per batch, one accountable supplier.
