Structural conveyor frames for a distribution centre
Welded structural steel conveyor supports, walkways and guarding for a Klang Valley logistics automation project, hot-dip galvanised for a 20-year service life.
The brief
A systems integrator commissioning a large distribution centre needed conveyor support steel, mezzanine walkways and machine guarding fabricated to the layout drawings — accurate enough to bolt straight to imported conveyor modules with no site rework.
What we built
We fabricated the frames, walkways and guarding as pre-drilled, match-marked weldments, checked against the module bolt patterns before despatch and hot-dip galvanised for corrosion life. Everything landed on site ready to bolt up, keeping the commissioning schedule intact.
