Aluminium facade & louvre system for a KL office tower
Perforated aluminium facade cassettes and sun-shade louvres fabricated to the architect's drawing and finish schedule, delivered in phased site lots.
The brief
A commercial tower off Jalan Tun Razak needed a perforated facade and horizontal louvre system — hundreds of cassettes in varying perforation patterns — fabricated to tight visual tolerances and delivered floor-by-floor to match the cladding programme.
What we built
We laser-cut the perforation patterns, formed and welded the cassettes and louvre blades, and applied an architectural PVDF finish, delivering in phased site lots that tracked the installer's sequence. CIDB-registered works with a documented dimensional check on every panel type.
